The International IP Society is very pleased to announce that on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Martin J. Feinberg, Esq., will present, It's Fugazi: Assessing Your International Criminal and Civil Enforcement Options, at the offices of Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP, Park Avenue Tower,

65 East 55th Street, NYC.  Food and drink will be provided.

Martin J. Feinberg is a Partner at Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP.  Mr. Feinberg practices in the Intellectual Property Group and heads up the firm’s Anti-Counterfeiting Department.  Mr. Feinberg has counseled and assisted companies in the apparel, athletic wear and equipment, cosmetics, fragrance, imaging supplies, jewelry, safety and security products and luxury goods industries in protecting their intellectual property rights.  Mr. Feinberg frequently lectures on, and assists law enforcement agencies with, the development and/or prosecution of criminal intellectual property matters.  Mr. Feinberg is the author of the chapter entitled “Criminal Enforcement of State Anti-Counterfeiting Laws” in the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition’s (“IACC”) “Trademark Counterfeiting in the United States” treatise.  Mr. Feinberg, working in conjunction with both the IACC and International Trademark Association, was instrumental in the development of a model criminal anti-counterfeiting statute which has now been adopted by several states, and he currently serves as the Co-chairman of the IACC Legislative Committee.
